Ugandan socialite, Zari Hassan, has severed ties with her baby daddy, Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz, after his comments about getting involved with Ghanaian singer Fantana in the latest season of the reality show, “Young, Rich and Famous.”
Diamond had allegedly made claims on the show about Zari’s alleged desire for another child with him, which Zari vehemently denied. She accused Diamond of fabricating false statements about her despite her current marriage and accused him of seeking attention at her expense.
She expressed her disappointment in a statement, insisting that she holds respect for him as the father of her children but emphasized that he is now cancelled in her life. In her statement, she addressed him directly, stating that she does not want him and is not obsessed with him.
Zari also emphasized that Diamond will always be in her life because of their children, but with boundaries. She declared that he is cancelled and suggested that legal action might be the next step if he disagrees. Zari also highlighted her independence and success, claiming that she introduced Diamond to the East African scene and that she had her own wealth and fame before their relationship.
