The passing of actor Paul Grant, known for his roles in Star Wars and Harry Potter, has saddened his fans. Grant, who portrayed an Ewok in Return of the Jedi and a goblin in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, collapsed outside King’s Cross station in London on March 16. His daughter, Sophie Jayne Grant, confirmed his death to Sky News, expressing her deep sorrow. Mr. Grant was pronounced dead on March 20, after being declared brain dead following his collapse.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service stated that they responded to reports of an incident at St Pancras Station and provided treatment to Grant at the scene before transporting him to the hospital.
Grant is survived by his girlfriend Maria, his two daughters, a son, his stepchildren, and grandchildren. Apart from his roles in Star Wars and Harry Potter, Grant also appeared in other notable films such as Willow in 1988 and the cult classic Labyrinth alongside David Bowie in 1986.
